Cancellation Information

All our products are made to order and cancellations MUST be submitted via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of order placement. If the order is canceled after 48 hours, 50% of the funds may be retained.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, with all accessories, and in original packaging.

To maintain your Triangle Patio Heater, wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Store in a dry, covered area when not in use, and inspect the gas connections regularly for safety.
