Cancellation Information

All our products are made to order and cancellations MUST be submitted via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of order placement. If the order is canceled after 48 hours, 50% of the funds may be retained.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, with all accessories, and in original packaging.

• Polish Occasionally: Use a metal polish suitable for your faucet's finish (chrome, brushed nickel, etc.) to maintain shine.
